Finally, valuations are also provided for properties owned by the individuals or institutions proposed for sale.

Asset Management Services:

The asset management department is responsible for managing your real estate property from the construction level right up o renting it out or saling if its for sale. The department takes care of all your property maintenance, and makes sure that the property is clean and up to date with all maintenance issues  .It also ensures that, all the tenants pay their bills on time , and creates a very good tenant and landlord relationship without much stress by putting in place the right policies for your buildings

The project management department is responsible for planning, design, construction and inspection of buildings and structures owned or leased by individuals or institutions. The staff of registered planners, architects, engineers, and construction professionals provides in-house facility planning and development services. Working through contracted consultants and private sector construction companies to execute the work.
